**Terms and Conditions for the "Tune-Up" Service**
By purchasing the "Tune-Up" service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **One-Time Service**
The "Tune-Up" service is a one-time offering. Once the service is provided, no further revisions or follow-up adjustments will be made unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate service contract.
2. **No Audio Mixing Included**
This service does not include audio mixing. The "Tune-Up" is limited to specific tasks as described in the service offering and does not involve full-scale audio production or mixing.
3. **No Returns or Modifications**
Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for modifications once the service is completed. The result provided at the conclusion of the service is considered final.
4. **Affordable Pricing**
Our pricing reflects the streamlined nature of this one-time service. The affordability of the "Tune-Up" is based on its scope, which does not include extended revisions or ongoing support.
5. **Customer Responsibility**
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the materials submitted for the "Tune-Up" service are complete and meet the necessary requirements for the service. Incomplete or inappropriate submissions may affect the outcome, and we will not be held liable for results stemming from such submissions.
6. **Acceptance of Terms**
By using the "Tune-Up" service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the service provider without prior notice.
